Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To start a return, please take a picture of your product(s) and send it to sales@lilysky.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instruction and address. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend mailing your return with a tracking number to make sure about the delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note you need to take a picture and send it to sales@lilysky.com. 

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
